REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us. We value your business; however, please be advised that our refund policy is strict and limited. By making a purchase from Detroit Fight Club, you agree to the following terms regarding returns and refunds.
1. Refund Eligibility and Amount
We offer a partial refund policy for items returned in their original, unused condition. Please note the following refund structure:
Maximum Refund: All approved returns are eligible for a refund of exactly 20%
of the original purchase price of the item.
The remaining 80% of the purchase price is retained as a restocking, processing, and administrative fee. This fee is non-negotiable and applies to all returns regardless of the reason for the return.
2. Shipping and Handling
The customer is solely responsible for all logistics and costs associated with returning the product. This includes:

- Return Shipping Costs: All shipping fees required to send the item back to our facility must be prepaid by the buyer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- Original Shipping: Any shipping fees paid at the time of the original purchase are non-refundable.
- Risk of Loss: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and refunds will not be processed for items lost in transit.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, you must contact our support team within 15 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is acknowledged:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Include your order number and contact information inside the package.
Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
4. Inspection and Approval
Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If the item is damaged, used, or missing parts, we reserve the right to refuse the refund entirely. If approved, the 20% refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items (such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or personal care items) may be exempt from being returned. Please check the product description at the time of purchase.
